Application:
- Mix 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant 3% with approximately 2 cm of colour.
- Stir until you have a consistency that is creamy.
- Apply the product to your brows.
- Leave on for about 5-10 minutes depending on how strong a colour you want
- Rinse with water and remove any excess colour
