Available payment methods
At Fashiongirl we accept payments using the following payment methods: Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard and Paypal

Can I pay with Bank Transfer?
We're terribly sorry, but we don't offer payment by bank wire transfer at the moment. We've decided not to offer bank payment as a payment option because it's the slowest, most unsecured and complicated form of payment.

My payment failed
If the payment for your order failed, or you have any problems regarding payment what so ever, please follow these steps: If you paid with a debit or credit card, it is possible your bank is blocking the transaction because our payment provider is based in Europe, and banks sometimes block international transactions. To solve this problem, please get in touch with your bank. Alternatively, you can try paying with PayPal. If you are still having problems, please note down the exact error message or problem you are having, as well as the payment method you are trying to use. Preferably take a screenshot of your problem. Please contact us with the above information, and add any other information you have that might be relevant like what device and which browser you are using. We will contact you within hours and fix your issue!

DELIVERY

I have not received my order yet

Delivery usually takes 2 - 5 business days but in exceptional cases it can be slightly longer. We hope you can be a little patient if there's a slight delay.


When will my package arrive?
Your package should arrive within 4-6 business days. However, delays with the courier company do occasionally happen.

How does track and trace work?

Please check the "Your order has been shipped" email, that will contain your tracking link and number. If you didn't receive this email, please check your spam folder. If you can't find it there, please contact us and we will resend the email.

Received wrong or broken item?
If you received the wrong item or are missing 1 or more items from your order, please contact us and include the following information if possible: Your order number. You'll find it in your order confirmation email. A picture of the wrong product, or a link to the wrong product in our shop. This'll help us make sure others don't face the same problem if there's been a mistake in the warehouse. Thanks for helping us help others! :-) Next, we'll send out the correct items as fast as we can and let you know if we want you to return the wrongly delivered item(s). We'll cover all shipping costs, of course.
